Lesson #1

An Azure Sunset
There's a story behind this one. As my father and I traveled back home from grabbing a bite to eat, we noticed the brilliancy of the sunset. Not for the first time, I cursed not having brought my phone or camera to capture it. Together, we rushed home, praying that the colors wouldn't disappear. Sadly, by the time I was able to grab my phone and snap a photo, some of the colors had faded. Take a moment and imagine the undersides of the dark blue clouds lined with a peach pink and the yellow brushed with a tinge of soft orange.

Lesson #1: Always bring your creative tools with you, wherever you happen to go, whether it be a camera or a notepad and pencil. You never know when a creative moment will strike you.
